Audit log
The history of cancellations, deleted lines and item changes, for your control and for the AEAT.
TPVStream records sensitive actions so you can review them.
Audit Log
Settings › Audit Log shows:
- Ticket cancellations and corrective invoices (storno).
- Lines deleted from a ticket after being sent to the kitchen.
- Price and item changes.
Each entry shows the date, time, user and terminal.
Item Action Logs
Settings › Item Action Logs keeps a month of additions, changes and deletions of ticket lines. Useful to understand what happened at a table.
If you notice many deleted lines or free items, review your team's permissions in Users and roles.
These logs can't be edited from the app.
