Monthly reports for your accountant
One accounting report per month with gross, refunds, net and the VAT breakdown.

The Monthly Accounting Reports sum up a full month in one document for your accountant.
Create a report
- Open Settings › Monthly Reports (or from Closures).
- Choose the month.
- Create the report and download it as PDF.
What it contains
- The month's sales, based on the Z closures.
- Gross, refunds (cancellations and corrective invoices) and net.
- VAT breakdown: tax base and tax per rate.
- Totals by payment method.
- Range of receipts and invoices issued.
Do all of the month's Z closures before creating the report: days that aren't closed aren't included.
For a tax inspection
To hand over all tax data, in Settings › Fiscal Data you can download the Audit Pack (ZIP) for the legal period (4 years under the Spanish General Tax Law, 6 under the Commercial Code). See Tax details.
