Kitchen and bar orders

Choose where each product goes

In each product's record, choose its Target Printer: Kitchen, Bar or none. Drinks can go to the bar and dishes to the kitchen.

Printers are set up in Printers.

Send to the kitchen

1. Add the products to the ticket.
2. Tap Send to Kitchen.
3. Choose what to send: Send All or select quantities with + and −.
4. Tap Send and print, or Send without printing if the kitchen uses the screen.

Sent lines are marked Sent.

Working by course

Each dish belongs to a course: Starters, Mains or Desserts (in the product record, Destination Ticket). Drinks go in Drinks & others and are sent straight away.

• When sending, dishes of later courses are held, waiting to be fired.
• When the table is ready for the next course, tap Fire: the kitchen gets the order and sees the time.

Reprint or print part of an order

Partial Print prints only the lines you choose, for example to remake a dish.
