Stock control
Track stock levels, get low-stock alerts and correct the inventory.
TPVStream deducts stock with every sale and warns you when a product runs out.
Set a product's stock
In the product record, enter the quantity in stock and the minimum level. Below the minimum, the product shows as Low Stock.
The inventory screen
Open Stocks in the menu (or Settings › Stock Management). You'll see:
- Products in stock, low and out of stock.
- Filters by category, by product type and Only low stock.
- Sorting by stock level or by minimum.
Correct the stock
After a count or a delivery:
- Find the product.
- Tap Correct stock and type the real quantity.
- Save the pending changes.
Fix negative stock resets to zero the products that have gone below zero.
Inventory report
Export to PDF creates the Inventory Report with each product's stock, for your accountant or to place orders.
If you don't want to track a product's stock (for example a dish of the day), leave its stock empty.
